Tshwane mayor shares his vision

Mayor of Tshwane, Solly Msimanga, on Thursday morning shared his vision on how to get the city and South Africa working again.
Speaking during the Pioneers of Workplace Engagement 2016 Survey and Market Opening in Sandton, Msimanga said that he wants to see Tshwane become the economic hub of the entire SADC region and the rest of Africa.
Msimanga said that under the new leadership, Tshwane is open for business and that he plans to bring about real change in the city.
"I expect the employees of Tshwane to deliver and serve the people because improving the people's lives is the cornerstone to proper governance," Msimanga said.

He also added that there are new plans and manifestos in place for Johannesburg, Tshwane and Nelson Mandela Bay Metros.
"There are people who struggle to get by every day, these are the people we must also serve," he said.
