Two men were arrested in Zola North, Soweto, early Tuesday morning for alleged business robbery and being in possession of stolen property, Gauteng police said.
"Early in the morning around 2am we had a business burglary in Zola North where we were called while the incident was happening, and the police when they went there, there was a shoot-out," said Warrant Officer Kay Makhubela.
No one was injured in the shoot-out between police and the robbers, with the two men arrested shortly afterwards and stolen property recovered.
The two men, aged 28 and 30 years old, were expected to appear in the Protea Magistrate's Court in the next 48 hours, said Makhubela.
