Two young men arrested for the death of 15-year old girl in Mpumalanga
Mpumalanga Police arrested two teenagers following the murder and discovery of the body of a 15-year-old girl at Goede section in Balfour on Friday morning.
Police spokesperson Selvy Mohlala says the girl’s lifeless, half naked body was found with silver plastic surrounding her private part.
The two suspects, aged 18 and 19, are expected to appear at the Balfour Magistrate's Court on Monday.
"As the probe continues, it cannot be ruled out she might have the possibly been raped; however, an autopsy will be conducted as part of the investigation," says Mohlala.
