The highest court in the land is set to hear arguments on Tuesday morning by the EFF, the DA and the Public Protector in the case against President Jacob Zuma.

EFF leader Julius Malema was expected to lead the march, with hundreds of party members demanding President Zuma pay back the money.

In one of the most anticipated court cases of the year, the Constitutional Court is tasked with deciding whether president Jacob Zuma be held responsible for some of the expenses on non-security upgrades at his private homestead in KwaZulu-Natal.

The most sought after advocates will be delivering arguments as they face off in court.

Representing the EFF will be Wim Trengove, Anton Katz for the DA, Gilbert Marcus for the Public Protector and Jeremy Gauntlett for President Jacob Zuma.

The public and media galleries were packed with several police officers surrounding the court.
