Judgement has been reserved in the Constitutional Court.
This after a day of dramatic admissions and surprising twists.
Lawyers for the EFF and DA squared off with legal representatives for President Jacob Zuma in the Nkandla pay back the money matter.
President Jacob Zuma's lawyer Jeremy Gauntlett conceded the Public Protector's findings were binding and her report on Nkandla "has to be complied with".
Speaker of Parliament Baleka Mbete's lawyer, Lindi Nkosi-Thomas, in her submission conceded that the National Assembly acted on a wrong principle.
Meanwhile, EFF leader Julius Malema has called for the removal of President Jacob Zuma.
Malema says the ANC will be forced to withdraw Zuma once the Constitutional Court rules that he violated the Constitution.
