Severe thunderstorms expected in places over the southern parts of Gauteng, south-eastern parts of North West and central and eastern parts of Free State.

Gauteng: Cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers, becoming partly cloudy. 


Pretoria: 15 / 25

Johannesburg: 14 / 24


Mpumalanga: Cold in places over the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm, with isolated showers except in the Lowveld but Scattered showers and thundershowers are expected in the south.


Mbombela: 17 / 20

Emalahleni: 15 / 20


Limpopo: Hot in the Limpopo Valley, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm, with isolated showers and thundershowers, except int he Lowveld.


Polokwane: 16 / 26


North West: Partly cloudy and warm to hot with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the west.


Rustenburg: 19 / 23


Free State: Fine in the extreme southwest, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in the east.


Bloemfontein: 15 / 27


Northern Cape: Cloudy and cool along the coast and western escarpment with morning fog, otherwise partly cloudy and warm to hot with isolated thundershowers in the extreme east. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate southerly.


Kimberley: 18 / 31


Western Cape: Fine over the eastern interior, otherwise partly cloudy and warm but cloudy and cool along the coast with light rain and drizzle patches along the west and south west coasts in the morning. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh westerly to south-westerly.


Cape Town: 14 / 17


Eastern Cape: Fine and warm but partly cloudy along the coast, with early morning fog in the south eastern interior. The wind along the coast will be Fresh to strong south westerly.


Port Elizabeth: 15 / 22


KwaZulu-Natal: Partly cloudy and warm but hot in the north with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers but scattered over the south-western KZN. The wind along the coast will be Moderate to fresh north-easterly becoming moderate south-westerly in the south.
