A KFC advert featuring a chicken dancing to rap music received the most complains in the UK in 2017.
The complainants view the advert as being "disrespectful and distressing".
According The Guardian, the ad called "The Whole Chicken" is meant to showcase the quality of chicken at the fast food retailer.
However, viewers found it "disrespectful to chickens and distressing for vegetarians, vegans and children".
The UK's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) dismissed the complaints stating that it was not likely to cause widespread offence and did not break any advertising code.
