The commission’s chair, Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo, announced on Wednesday.

"I have determined four days, the dates are 22 and 23 April and 28 and 29 April. The 22nd and 23rd are provided for the ANC because I have indicated that this commission cannot complete its work without the ruling part giving evidence and I was assured by the president that the party would come.

"I understand that President Ramaphosa will testify representing the ANC but I have indicated that from the commission's side, the president will have to testify in his capacity as president and former deputy president," said Zondo.

He added that it is up to the ANC to appoint who will represent the party at the commission, but he understands that Ramaphosa will lead the delegation.

Last week, Mineral Resources Minister Gwede Mantashe indicated he would be back at the commission to testify in his capacity as the former secretary-general of the ANC.

Ramaphosa was recently implicated in state capture by two former Eskom CEO's, Brian Molefe and Matshela Koko.

They said Ramaphosa aided Mining Giant Glencore to capture the power utility,

Other evidence related to Ramaphosa's son Andile. Bosasa paid R500 000 to his foundation.

In an affidavit submitted at the commission in 2019, Ramaphosa admitted to meeting the Guptas on 3 occasions at ANC events but said he had no personal relationship with them.
