Arod has another tip for your health benefit! And it's to do with chocolate!
Today's tip is sweet, dark and Ohh so delicious
If you crave something sweet this winter rather opt for Dark chocolate! Firstly it conains fewer calories and carbohydrates than milk chocolate and it contains what is called Phenols, found naturally in plants. They help lower your cholestrol therefore Are Good for your HEART!!
You can eat 2 (24g) blocks of dark chocolate two to three times a day.
