I know this is a simple tip but this can be the difference between you obtaining your end goal and giving up halfway! Make sure you find a physical activity that works for you and one that you enjoy!! Me personally, I can run for hours! Put me on a bike in the gym and time just stands still! Make your exercise work for you and I promise, in no time you will see and feel the difference!
