Mbalula annoyed with Egyptian authorities
Updated | By Jacasport
The Minister of Sport and Recreation South Africa Mr Fikile Mbalula has read with concern reports of Mamelodi Sundown's inability to train after hosts in Egypt failed to issue them with a venue ahead of Sunday finals.

"I have noted with grave concern reports coming from Egypt that Sundowns could not train. We are irked by such behaviour and condemn it in the strongest terms," said Minister Mbalula in a statement on Friday.
"These actions have made prestigious championships like CAF not to be respected. All football loving people must frown upon such incidents. This culture is foreign in football and should be done away with." Minister Mbalula added.
This follows apparent death threats by Zamalek fans sent to Sundowns players earlier in the week and a whole host of psychological warfare being waged by the Egyptians to unsettle Sundowns.
Sundowns headed to Egypt with a 3-0 advantage from the first leg played in Atteridgeville last weekend.
The match will be played in the port city of Alexandria on Sunday evening, Kick-off is at 20h00.
