Elon Musk booed off stage at live show

Elon Musk received roaring boos when he entered the stage at a Dave Chapelle show on Sunday.

On Sunday, the richest man on Earth joined comedian Dave Chapelle on stage, where he received a roaring amount of boos from the crowd.

Musk is known for causing controversy and most recently he created a great amount of controversy with his takeover of social media giant Twitter.

A video shared on social media captured the moment Musk entered the stage; saying “I’m rich, b***h”, which prompted several minutes of boos.

According to CNN, Chappelle ended his show with a reprimand and a prayer towards the crowd.

“Booing is not the best thing you can do,” he said. “I wish everybody in this auditorium the joy of feeling free and may your pursuit of happiness set you free. Amen.”

Musk also responded to Tweets about the incident, claiming that it “was 90% cheers & 10% boos (except during quiet periods), but, still, that’s a lot of boos, which is a first for me in real life (frequent on Twitter).”
