It is no secret that the ideal amount of sleep per night is between seven and nine hours, but the reality is very few people actually get their required amount of sleep.

Stress, anxiety, bad eating habits, and demanding lifestyles are all factors that contribute to a lack of good sleep.

This lack of sleep could lead to other health concerns, but also just a general feeling of 'not feeling good'.

Unfortunately, a lack of good-quality sleep between seven and nine hours affects not only your insides, but also your outside, more specifically your face.

Simba Sleep, a company that manufactures and sells mattresses, bedding, and other sleep tech, used AI to reveal what can happen to your face if you don’t sleep enough.

Light wrinkles, fine lines, sagging skin, and looking stressed and weary were among the most prominent issues represented by these AI images.

These images were generated after Simba surveyed 2,000 Britons on their sleep patterns, as well as the aesthetic conditions of their face.

They found that over half of those surveyed were getting less than the recommended seven hours a night.
