According to the documents she is requesting sole custody of her son alleging that Jackson has been physically abusive on multiple occasions and that he was also emotionally abusive.

Just in July, people got a slight insight into their relationship after Keke attended a concert in Las Vegas where she wore a fitted black body suit underneath a sheer dress, and Darius took to social media to call her out over her outfit choice and said: "We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is".

It is now evident in these new documents that Keke had been unhappy in the relationship for some time and mentioned several incidents where Darius would act in an aggressive manner towards her.

She also included screenshots of the incident that appears to be captured on security footage and she also has evidence of other incidents captured in the same way.

In the documents that have been filed, Palmer also states that they had gone to dinner in April 2022, where Darius became upset after accusing Keke of flirting with another woman,

Keke Palmer has since been granted a temporary restraining order against Darius as well as full custody of their son.
