VIDEO: US President Biden posts first TikTok amid security concerns

The President used the Super Bowl as the perfect opportunity to launch his new social profile.

From Judi Dench to Arnold Schwarzenegger, it seems like everyone and their mother has a TikTok account these days.

According to BBC news, in 2022, President Joe Biden signed legislation blocking federal government devices from using TikTok.

Other lawmakers have also been fighting for the Chinese-owned business to be banned in the US because of data security concerns.

But now it seems like the President has decided to throw caution to the wind as he joined the social media platform with the username "@bidenhq".

His campaign was launched on TikTok during the Super Bowl on Sunday the 11th of February with the caption reading, "lol hey guys".

As it turns out, it will be the President's official account but will be run by his campaign team.

In the video, Biden answers which team he'll be supporting in the big game and whether or not he is part of a major Taylor Swift Super Bowl conspiracy theory.
