Meet the very first identical twin puppies

According to Twinstwice.com, only 3.5 per 1000 people are born identical.
What is even more rare is the chances of identical puppies being born.

But the good news is, the first ever set of identical puppies were born in South Africa recently at Rant en Dal Animal Hospital in Mogale City, BBC reports.
Vet Kurt de Cramer from the hospital told reporters that “when I realised that the puppies were of the same gender and that they had very similar markings, I also immediately suspected that they might be identical twins having originated from the splitting of an embryo.”
But after conducting some research, the results showed that the two puppies were indeed identical. See the cute identical twin puppies below...
