new study published explains how diet can affect your life.
A
recent study published in PLOS Medicine has found that changing your diet
appropriately can add years to your life.

In the study, women who were eating an optimal diet could increase their lifespans by ten years, and men could add just over 13 years.
Some of the foods included in the optimized diets included: beans, peas, and lentils, as well as whole grains, walnuts, almonds, pecans, and pistachios.

The study also noted that eating less red meat and processed meats can also improve your life.
