On Friday, Hannes van Rensburg surprised the Scenic Drive team with how fit he is at the age of 75.
Van Rensburg works out every day to 'escape' - and he has loved to keep fit since a very young age.

Van Rensburg has faced many challenges throughout his life. He recently lost everything and is living from a monthly social grant.
The Scenic Drive posted a video of Van Rensburg's daily exercise routine and the video received over 12,000 views.
People are in awe and can't believe Van Rensburg is still so fit.
The Scenic Drive decided to surprise him with something special
USN agreed to make him one of their ambassadors - and he will be the oldest ambassador for the company.
