In the Russian city close to St. Petersburg there’s an apartment building that houses close to 18 000 people in one building. Yes, one!
It has 3 700 flats in the building.
The YouTuber, NFKRZ, boasts with 930 000 subscribers.
He said, “In today's video we'll be going on a tour of Kudrovo - a small town located close to St. Petersburg.”
