We wanted to try the best trifle going for a truly festive Takeaway Wednesday. Sarda Leonard's Black Forest Trifle turned out to be just the thing we needed.

2 x 397g Blikkies Kondensmelk

2 x 250g Bakkies Gladde Maaskaas

125ml Suurlemoensap

1 Swiss Roll

Kersie Likeur

1 x 425g Blik Swart Kersies

100g Neute

Gerasperde Chocolates

Styfgeklitste room

Method

Meng kondensmelk, maaskaas en suurlemoensap in ‘n groot bak tot glad

Sny swiss roll

Plaas ‘n laag koek in ‘n glasbak

Sprinkle met likeur, kersies & neuter

Smeer kondensmelk mengsel oor

Pak lae soos aangedui en eindig met kondensmelk mengsel

Versier met styfgeklitste room, neute en sjokolade
