Accepting an addict

A mysterious file containing a photo in a frame, a cat collar and several pages from a note pad containing the life story of a stranger is delivered to Jacaranda FM addressed to Rian.
Once Rian started reading through the scribbled pages, he realised that this was no ordinary tale from listener of the show, this was a plea for help.
