EXCLUSIVE: Michael J. Fox Opens Up About His Disease to Rian

The 'Back To The Future' film franchise is probably one of the most iconic franchises of all time. Rian recently caught up with Michael J. Fox to talk about his life, his disease as well as how he was considered for the iconic role.

Michael J. Fox is an actor, author, producer, and advocate. He has a film and television career spanning from the 1970s, and have included roles such as Marty McFly from the Back to the Future trilogy (1985–1990); Alex P. Keaton from NBC's Family Ties (1982–1989), for which he won three Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe Award. 


Michael J. Fox also starred as Mike Flaherty in ABC's Spin City (1996–2001), for which he won an Emmy, three Golden Globes, as well as two Screen Actors Guild Awards.


Fox was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1991 and disclosed his condition to the public in 1998.


In an exclusive, Rian caught up with Michael J. Fox to speak about his career, his iconic role in the movie, as well as the role he played in 'Teenwolf'. Michael reveals how he was cast in the show and also tells us how he celebrated the 30 year anniversary of the 'Back to the Future' franchise.
