Schalk Bezuidenhout talks comedy 'deliciously'

The nerdy hipster known for his (in his own words) ‘ugly’ jerseys and skinny jean is but the tender age of 22. He’s currently finishing his BA in Theatre & Performance at UCT, has already bagged some big awards including the Savanna Newcomer Award in 2013 and Breakthrough Act Award at the 4th Annual South AfricanSavanna Comic’s Choice Awards® in 2014, and just happened to be hand-picked by Trevor Noah to open for his show.
That’s right, Schalkie is currently the opening act in Trevor Noah’s Nation Wild Tour at Montecasino from 28 May to 28 June.
