Man nearly loses arm to crocodile while trying to impress girl
Surprisingly this 18 year old is not regretting his risky declaration of love after almost losing an arm.
Lee de Paauw, who was staying at a hostel, boasted that he could swim across a crocodile-infested river all in aid of impressing a girl.
He was attacked in the Johnstone River just before 2.30am on Sunday when he leaped into the river after a few shots of liquid courage and a dare from on lookers.
A number of animal experts have expressed that he is luck to still be a live or even still have a working yet injured arm.
