A Los Angeles Superior Court judge finalised the 'Project Runway' star and the British singer's split in Los Angeles on Tuesday after the former couple, who separated in January 2012 after seven years of marriage, reached a settlement in July.
The judgment did not include any details about the custody arrangement for their two daughters, Leni, 10, and Lou, four, and two sons, Henry, eight, Johan, seven, or how they have divided their assets.
Months after their split, 'Kiss From a Rose' hitmaker Seal accused the German model of cheating on him with her then-bodyguard Martin Kirsten, whom she dated for 18-months until last January.
The 51-year-old star said at the time: "Whilst I didn't expect anything better from him, I would of thought that Heidi would have shown a little more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help.
"But I guess you all now have the answer you have been looking for for the last seven months."
The duo have since put their differences aside and are frequently spotted on outings with their children.
Heidi, 41, has been dating 27-year-old art dealer Vito Schnabel since February.
