Man finds himself on the wrong side of a lion
This is certainly not ideal for anyone...
It was anything but inspiring to learn that animals are more fearful of humans than lions recently.
Especially considering lions are the kings and queens of the jungle.
It revealed to us that we are more vicious in nature than what can only be described as fearless predators.
But it seems that some animals fear humans more than lions because they relate to the presence of humans with death.
In saying that, we came across a video recently that supported (to some extent) the above sentiment.
In the video we see a group of men locked up in a closed room, the room looks a lot like a place of confinement or jail area.
But interestingly enough, the men are not alone, they have a lion in their midst.
We are not sure what happened, but the lion begins to play around with one of the younger men - and the man starts hitting the lion around to fight him off.

We are no lion experts but it seems like the lion was playing at first, but things quickly turn when the guy starts pushing it off and eventually raises his hand to hit the lion on the face.
The video cuts off abruptly so we don't know what actually happened after.
Many people speculated as to what was happening here, whether this was a form of punishment.

As social media has risen, we have noticed more and more videos showing wild animals being kept as pets in residential settings. Lions have not been excused from this.
But what we all need to be cognisant of is that lions are wild animals at heart and they should be respected enough to live in their natural habitats.
