We call it the 'lead and others will follow' ethos.

Brett Levy as Joint-CEO of Blue Label Telecoms (BLT) on the other hand prefers the word 'gees' - the Afrikaans word for 'spirit' - to describe how he and his company ended up being the biggest contributors at The Sun International CEO SleepOut™ in 2015: "I absolutely loved the experience, the ‘gees’ as I call it - I’ve seen all of these CEOs on the street. I really found it fascinating, it was a very proudly South African moment for me."

What are Brett's tips for going BIG in 2016? What should first-timers at The Sun International CEO SleepOut™ bring along?: “I think a lot of whisky! *laughs* No, I don’t believe you can pack anything, actually. What we did is we built a nice fire, we got comfortable and we actually stayed up the whole night just talking general nonsense to each other which was fun. I think you come dressed warmly and expect anything, expect a little bit of South African ‘gees’ (spirit) and camaraderie and you take it from there!”

Want to know who this impressive leader will be challenging to take part as part of #4Leaders4Change?: "Me and my brother are going to do it together like we did it last year and I would like to challenge Gavin Varejes from Rich Mark Holdings who avoided coming last year because I appointed him too late, but now he’s the first appointee, so I want to make sure he’s the first to arrive on the bridge.”
