While The Sun International CEO SleepOut™ is about the eradication of poverty through education, Tebogo maintains his pragmatism with his vigorous approach: “My view really, is to drive change through entrepreneurship. I think education is a tool, but entrepreneurship and skills development will bring about social change and transformation. Skills development is a form of education, but you’ve got academia and then you’ve got skills; I think as a country, we should focus on skills because once the people of a country are properly skilled, they can contribute positively towards their country, thereby reducing unemployment and inequality.”

Tebogo's objectives as chairperson of the Talis Holdings Group are long-term and pro-active. That is why the Group identifies and invests in the growth sectors of the African economy. Today, Talis Holdings Group's subsidiaries have interests in property, ICT, finance, media, agriculture and infrastructure development.
