The World Mullet Championships recently announced its winner for the best mullet in the world.
Did you ever in your life think that there would be an international championship for people with the best mullets? Well, neither did we.

Dr Alastair Bush, a British army doctor, was recently crowned at The World Mullet Championships (Mulletfest) in New South Wales, Australia, for having the best international mullet.

According to BBC News, Bush took part in the competition, which was held in a pub in Kurri Kurri in February.
He was invited back for the final, which was held on Saturday at a motorsport park in the Hunter Valley, where he won.

BBC News also reported that this was a "two-year project" that Bush was using to raise funds and awareness for the charity Testicular Cancer UK.

He said: "It's absolutely fantastic. I'm super stoked with the news - really happy.
"It's been a fun day, so much going on, and I've met some amazing people and seen some amazing haircuts."
The doctor started growing his mullet during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2021.
