10 firearms stolen during robbery at Devon police station

Gauteng police says maximum resources have been deployed in the search for three suspects who robbed the Devon police station in Ekurhuleni.
The suspects fled with ten firearms during Wednesday morning’s robbery.
Police spokesperson Athlenda Mathe says pretended to be victims of a hijacking.
"The suspects proceeded to disarm members on duty and made off with ten firearms, including three rifles and seven pistols that were also in the safe.”
A manhunt has been launched for the three men.
Mathe says provincial commissioner Elias Mawela and his management team will visit the station on Wednesday.
