Burnt body of boy found in Lephalale settlement

Police in Limpopo are investigating circumstances that led to the death of a 10-year-old boy in a fire at an informal settlement in Lephalale.
The body was found burnt beyond recognition in a shack at Manamela Park squatter settlement on Sunday.
The boy was identified as Moshi Matsobane Bradly.
Police spokesperson Malesela Ledwaba say the cause of the fire is still unknown.
"The police received information about the burnt body of a 10-year-old boy after her mother left him in another room with her 17 year old sister, who later left him alone at night.
"According to reports, emergency services and police were summoned to the scene, and on their arrival they found the boy was deceased."
Police investigations are ongoing.
