Hundreds evacuated during Sandton bomb threat

Hundreds of people have been evacuated in the Sandton CBD.

There has been a bomb threat at the Ernest & Young building.
Provincial police spokesperson Kay Makhubele says: "The police are busy with dogs to try and verify if there is something which can explode. The people have been moved out of the building."
He says no one had been reported injured.
Gautrain officials have confirmed there was no bomb threat on their premises, as initially reported on social media.
