LIVE: Cosatu march against state capture
Updated | By Laila Majiet
Trade union federation Cosatu has threatened to bring South Africa to a standstill on Wednesday.
Its nationwide strike is in full swing in all nine provinces.
Cosatu and its affiliates are protesting state capture, corruption, job losses and labour brokers.
In Johannesburg, it will lead a march to banks, the Chamber of Mines, the city hall and the office of the premier.
Cosatu is also demanding President Jacob Zuma appoint a judicial commission of inquiry to probe state capture.
They also insist that Zuma must resign.
