More rain expected today and tomorrow
Updated | By JacarandaFM News
Severe thunderstorms with possible heavy rainfall, hail, flash flooding, and damaging winds are expected over Gauteng, Mpumalanga, southern and western parts of Limpopo, central and eastern parts of the Northwest, north-eastern part of the Free State as well as the northern and western parts of KwaZulu-Natal.

The South African Weather Service (SAWS) says there is a high probability of showers and thundershowers for the next two days.
"We do have a watch issued for possible severe thunderstorms over the eastern parts of the Free State, North West, Gauteng, Mpumalanga as well as the southern parts of Limpopo," says SAWS forecaster Lebogang Mashile.
Mashile says there is also a high probability of rain in the same areas tomorrow.
"There is 60 percent to 80 percent chance of showers and thundershowers," says Mashile.
This comes as emergency services in Tshwane continue their search for a woman who was swept away in her car in the Apies River early this morning, while emergency services in Johannesburg continue to look for three year-old Everlast Chauke.
