Six dead in horrific N1 crash
A fatal crash has caused significant delays on the N1 in Johannesburg.
Netcare911 spokesperson Nick Dollman says six people have died, including a child, after a taxi overturned on the highway.
"Paramedics are attending to a very serious colission on the N1 south between Allendale and Buccleuch."
He warns that most of the highway is blocked.

"Motorists are advised to avoid the area or expect major delays," Dollman adds.
Traffic is backed up as far as Olifantsfontein Road.
