Two people were shot dead and three others injured during a business robbery near Queen’s Corner in Pretoria on Thursday.
Police reports say the owner of the business in Queenswood was busy with the clients when he was approached by three men.
A customer, who tried to flee the scene, was shot dead at the door of the Compuport computer shop.
"A commotion ensued and the client was shot dead and fell next to the door. Then the suspects demanded the jewellery and computers. They were told that there are other computers at the back and the staff were told to bring them, then the owner managed to take his firearm," says police spokesperson Mathapelo Peters.
