Dlamini says the girl was hit by a stray bullet and died on the way to the hospital.
Lesufi visited the school on Wednesday vowing that the culprits won’t have any place to hide.
"If you can't arrest them you risk rendering our country as a lawless institution that anyone can do as they wish.
"And those that are responsible fo this kind of deeds they must know they can run, they can hide but we will find them and when we find them the law will be merciless towards them."
