Aircraft does frightening emergency water landing

In a frightening moment, a pilot performed an emergency landing on the ocean in front of beachgoers. 

The incident happened along Cocoa Beach, Florida during an Air Show. Many holidaymakers took videos and Twitter user @KamiMoffitt perfectly captured the moment.

The single-engine TBM softly landed on the water, causing no immediate danger to the bystanders or himself. The clip went viral on social media and in the video one can see the pilot slowly descending and placing the aircraft softly on the water. 

Social media users were grateful that it ended with no injuries.

Candace said: "So glad everyone is okay, including the aircraft!" and Annette echoed her sentiments: "This pilot is a HERO! So many surfers and kids on the beach he missed everyone and walked away himself. Sorry for your loss, sir but a huge thank you from a family with kids surfing and kids playing in the sand!"
