Watch this man's epic karate fail on 'Sri Lanka's Got Talent'
Updated | By The Scenic Drive with Rian
When a young man set up his martial arts act on the talent show's stage, he did not expect things to end the way they did.
It takes a lot of courage to go on a TV show, stand in front of a panel of experts, and ask them to judge your talent. The thousands of people who queue for talent show auditions all have one thing in common: the determination to succeed.
Simon Cowell's Got Talent franchise has given many an aspiring musician, dancer, juggler, and martial artist a chance to hit the big time. If you believe you have got what it takes, you have a fair chance to impress the judges and move to the next round.
Knowing that this was his one chance to prove to the world that he is the next big thing in martial arts, 32-year-old Sudarshana Deshappriya set up on the Sri Lanka's Got Talent stage with his bricks and roof tiles. He proceeded to show his strength by breaking the tiles on his flexed arms, all while doing the splits!

His act appeared to be going well until he reached what should have been the highlight of the show, where he would break the tiles on his head. Sudarshana lifts the tiles to his head, but what happened next was not what he had planned.
Not one to let a slight tumble stand in the way of his success, Sudarshana gets up with the help of some crew members and moves to the front of his stage to continue with the part of his act that doesn't require props.
At this point, the judges decide to save the man from himself by pressing their buzzers and informing him that he will move to the next round. Apparently, his determination and perseverance were more than enough to get Sudarshana one step closer to his dream.
Or perhaps the judges only wanted to get him out of there before he fainted?
