As South Africans, one of the things that sets us apart from other nationalities is our diversity.

Our ability to share things about our unique practices makes us special.

A woman who calls herself a "Water Sommelier" (a specialist in water quality), posted a video on TikTok sharing an unusual find at a Pick n Pay store in Johannesburg.

In the video, she shows us a bottle of seawater and is genuinely surprised.

She shows the packaging and how the water included some sea sand. The curiosity got the better of her and she asked everyone on TikTok what someone would use bottled seawater for.

It may be something unheard of to many people. However, many people believe that seawater has healing and protective properties.
