Jacques Pauw tells Martin and Tumi that Zuma is behind the collapse of law enforcement agencies

South African journalist Jacques Pauw joined Martin Bester and Tumi Morake and revealed the premise of his book, 'The President's Keepers'.
Jacques Pauw is a South African investigative journalist who is an executive producer of the 'Special Assignment' current affairs program on SABC.
Pauw's journalism career extends more than 30 years. Throughout his journalistic career, Pauw has investigated criminal activities in the underworld of Southern Africa and exposed atrocities committed by governments around the African continent.
He joined Martin and Tumi and spoke about his latest book, 'The President's Keepers'.
"When I got the information, I couldn't help myself, I hopped on this process," he comments about how the book came about.
While talking to Martin and Tumi, Pauw spoke about how "Jacob Zuma has destroyed the law enforcement agencies in order to protect himself".
