That's why you usually know how much you can spend on a night out.
Does it include dinner? How many drinks can you order? Do you have enough for an Uber at the end of the night?
But sometimes accidents happen and one mom found out the hard way.

Mom Lynsey recently took to TikTok to share an embarrassing story and she feels she will never be able to live it down.
In her video, Lynsey tells the story of how she accidentally ordered a £1,890 (estimated R40,000) cocktail and which she very obviously could not afford:

In a follow-up video, she also explained what happened after she had ordered the cocktail, realised her mistake and had to break the news that she would not be paying for it:

Unfortunately it was an expensive mistake but hopefully she had learned her lesson and will be double checking all prices from now on.
